True Russia is no longer communist. Some things to ponder: Russia was never really communist, it was an oligarchy pretty much from day one which is why many actual Marxist communists were purged early on. So, really, what great difference between Russia under the communists and Russia under Putin? Not much, really. Still that does not justify the rabid warmongering of the cold war, or the Trumpista’s. Reason should dictate that we neither over or under estimate any opponent, and Putin’s bunch is certainly an opponent. The Russian people are not all that different from the American people, we both have the good, the bad, and the ugly. Perspective is called for here.
