Well written and well thought out. To me the line is drawn, as it is with most civil rights, when A’s right to speak freely comes in contact with B’s nose. US law already limits shouting FIRE in a crowded place, inciting riot, and urging someone to commit a crime. I think that anyone urging taking another person’s civil rights has stepped over the line of protection of free speech, and this is why the US has made hate speech a crime. Now, just because someone has previously done this, or other things is NOT a blanket excuse the censor anything that person says.
