#1. As a “Responsible Recreational Marksman I encourage you to report the threats to your PD. That is illegal and unacceptable.

#2. Out of state gun sales are illegal, thus if you identify them, you are correct to report then to ATF.

#3. In state, face to face sales are legal. Responsible individuals require ID and proof of “legality to purchase”, most often a state carry permit.

#4. The vast majority of gun owner want the bad guys and bad actors stopped. They are destroying the Second Amendment for everyone and in due course the First.
