The best way I could think of writing this was as a dialogue.
The crux here is that backlogs and roadmaps visualized as a series of lists/swim-lanes, potentially obscure something very important.
Lately I have been doing some team coaching in multiple organizations.
I’ve noticed a pattern and I find it very interesting.
At any given time, there will be a ton of continuous improvement advocacy and experimentation…
Note: With dad-hood I’m doing more lists. They’re easier to write while learning to care for this awesome little farting/burping/pooping/smiling human. Apologies if you’re a fan of the longer posts. I’ll get back to them eventually/occasionally.
