At Bromford Labs session on “Uber for UK Housing” at HouseParty 2015, I pointed out that a true Uber approach would involve individual staff managing and letting one or more houses themselves. A true API approach might entail a housing organisation saying “here, take a bunch of our houses and have a free hand what you do with them, within the perameters we set”. I suspect that is far too radical for most, but worth exploring if it’s possible.
