When I worked in the 1980s in corporate America, there was never an option to go to a Starbucks or Panera or other. Lunch meetings after work meetings and other meetings were in bars people would routinely go to lunch and come back under the influence. Workers jokingly referred to those lunches as liquid lunches. It was a tough environment to work in and very toxic. We are truly fortunate today to have the option to go for a coffee. Instead, the bars were dark and they smelled, and they reeked of cigarette smoke, anyway thank you for the good tips and I will get to work on them
