Sigh. Current state of the art VHF band radars can detect a 1 m² target at a maximum range of 265 miles. New physics will be needed to improve this detection range much further. Given that the F-22 has a RCS of 0.0001 m² that effectively means that an F-22 can be detected at 0.26 miles by long band radar. The F-35 can be detected at 13 miles. Does that sound like a recipe for success for A2/AD? People are declaring stealth dead far to soon. Everyone needs to calm down.
