How to Feel Confident

Lately, I’ve been finding myself feeling inadequate.

It’s so easy to get caught falling down thought streams of _____ is not good enough.

My body.

My job.

My social life.

My smarts.

There’s pretty much two ways for you to become happy.

  1. Change your expectations.
  2. Change your reality.

If you can, change both.

But if you’re looking for a place to start, change your reality.

IF YOU’RE FEELING UNHEALTHY, EAT BETTER.

IF YOU WANT MORE MONEY, CONTRIBUTE MORE VALUE.

IF YOU WANT MORE/DIFFERENT FRIENDS, TALK TO NEW PEOPLE.

IF YOU’RE FEELING UNINTERESTING, LEARN NEW STUFF.

Feelings of worry, anxiety, and stress are really important.

They show you what you want to change.

So instead of wallowing in your sorrows, listen to yourself.

AND MAKE THE CHANGE.
