Good stuff, and thanks! Wonder how much cross-over there is between “products” and “features” here. This philosophy is 100% spot on for the larger product / solution, but it would seem to me that features should be assessed for their congruency with the product— i.e., ensuring each feature is complementary toward the larger product objective of solving real problems, being feasible and achieving the desired outcome. After all, each feature can’t solve new problems, etc on their own. Thoughts?
