Write Like a Human

So refreshing! When I drive into SF, I’m greeted by hundreds of billboards that don’t say anything — just a bunch of tech jargon with an occasional ‘disruption’ and ‘scalable’ thrown in.

To be fair, I work at a software startup, and we constantly struggle with putting abstract ideas (and language) into relatable prose. I think the problem stems from the fact that software doesn’t exist in traditional human space and imagery (like a red wheelbarrow or white chicken does).
