Literally, the very next story in my emailed list of Medium stories was about Reince Priebus suggesting that the US will likely pull out of the Paris agreement and that the president (who appointed an oil company executive as Secretary of State and a Oklahoma Attorney General who has sued the EPA over CO2 emissions, and is deeply in bed with the fossil fuel industry) believes that “most of climate change is ‘bunk’”.
