The most important lesson burnout taught me

There is a saying, a shoemaker have the worst shoes.

I’m also in the business of helping people, and often I find myself not living what I’m preaching.

But this is exact point. We wouldn’t be teaching other people how to live better lives if we would be able to do so. We would have too much fun living it :-)

We are teaching others because we are still in the process of learning, but during this process we are able to help others, there is nothing wrong with it.

The most important is that when you feel low you pickup yourself as soon as possible, and make sure that those low intervals are getting shorter and shorter.

And then go out and share your story, there is nothing hypocritical about it.

Like what you read? Give Johny Miric a round of applause.

From a quick cheer to a standing ovation, clap to show how much you enjoyed this story.
