Carnivore Vs. Vegan

You all have seen this before…

IF you haven’t, the food pyramid dictates what your diet should be made up of every day.

Being grains should be the bulk of your diet and sugars and fats at the top. (Or so they say)

Surprisingly, the food pyramid across most countries stay relatively the same.

Being grains at the bottom, veggies next, all the way down to meat and sweets.

But where did we get this information from? Who wrote it?

The thing is, there is so much biased and one sided nutritional information out there on either sides, its hard to know what to believe or where to look.

The best place to look, is to look at the extremes.

Some people have found amazing results with the vegan diet and some have found amazing results with the carnivore diet.

But here we’ll break down all the walls to reveal to you what’s behind the curtains.

The first curtain is…

What have we been eating for thousands of years?

Clear winner

1 — Carnivore, 0-Vegan

What has produced the best results?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK396513/ — Vegan Diet Study

https://www.doctorkiltz.com/the-harvard-carnivore-diet-study/ — Carnivore Study

When comparing the results of these 2 studies (lots to read so just read the conclusions) there is a clear winner.

2- Carnivore, 0-Vegan.

And lastly,

Who looks more jacked, more healthy and confident?

Clear winner…

Carnivore MD!

3- Carnivore, 0- Vegan

Am I saying that you need to go carnivore today!?

Absolutely not,

I am saying to try different things if what you’re currently doing is dragging your health downhill.

Also, I would highly recommend going more focused on meat

AND doing your own research!

I’ve recently tried a MOSTLY meat diet and have experienced VERY positive benefits.

But if you are vegan or vegetarian and are healthy and happy.

Keep doing it!

IF you educated others and they get better results from carnivore or an animal based diet,

don’t get sour, that person found something that worked for them.

You should be happy that person found the answer rather than bitter that your solution wasn’t the answer that ended up working.

This is a major problem especially amongst our politics.

Even though something worked that your against, doesn’t mean that your solution is obsolete. IT just didn’t work for them!

In this world there are millions of different ways to get to the same conclusion.

Find yours and preach it from the rooftops.

Haters will hate, but innovators will innovate!
