Inequality in the Work Force for Women

The main inequality within the work force is the differences in pay rates between women and men. In the video above, TRT world publishes a video with facts about how women still get paid less than men do per dollar. For the exact same job that a man does a woman does not get paid the same. When thinking about societies and families, this is damaging to a whole family especially to those in which a woman is the head of the household. Now a days, women are taking both roles of provider and caregiver.

The international Labour organization, publishes this video in which gender inequality in the workforce is the main issue. This organization advocates for a workplace in which women feel comfortable and for women to not be harassed out of the work force. Women would feel more comfortable in work environments dominated by men if they are treated equally which eventually will lead to more women joining the work force. The more women join the workforce the more the working class economy can improve.

In today’s world, societies are evolving, women need jobs and equal pay to maintain a stable life for themselves and their families. Men are not the only one’s who deserve the luxuries that come from having a successful career. Changes can be made and should be made to adjust the workforce to be…
