The Airbus A330neo (neo being an initialism for New Engine Option), is a wide-body jet airliner manufactured by Airbus. It was developed primarily due to an inquiry from Delta Air Lines for a replacement to existing their Boeing 767–300ER fleet. The A330–900 is based on the A330–300 with a re-engine, cabin modifications to add 10 seats, winglets which reduces fuel costs by 14% per seat mile.
