As a 17 year old YouTuber…

…it has been a tumultuous, thrilling, and thought-provoking experiment.

Hi, I’m Jonas.

I’m a nerd.
I’m sort of chubby.
I’m tall.
I’m also Asian.

I’m the type of guy you might see complaining about how slow the school computers are, or how lousy the internet is.

I’m also the type of guy who would jump at the opportunity to fix your computer’s strange pop-ups, or that weird screeching noise in your disk drive.

I like to make the world a better place, but the world doesn’t always want to make a better me.

Ever since I started doing YouTube, I’ve been pursuing perfection and true craftsmanship in its purest form, and although I believe that my videos are what I’d consider to be my finest work, they don’t always stand the test of time, whether that be in views, length, or especially the comments.

Now, YouTube comments are nothing to fawn over, far from it in fact. But I’m one of those numb nuts that see the best in people, until I’m proven otherwise.

Content-wise, I mostly push out a a varied assortment of content, ranging from simple build montages, to hours upon hours of editing gameplay into something more pleasing to the casual eye, to videos that practically edit themselves, such as vlogs.

If anything, this first publication here is for my own sake to try to reflect on how far I’ve come, that I’d have the audacity to comment on my own self worth like I’m on the level of PewDiePie or something.

It does do my heart good to see somehow, somewhere, I can remember where I began.

And I’ll be barely able to see the starting line from the finish.

Hello World, I’m Jonas.

If you enjoyed anything I’ve written here, please do follow me on Instagram, Twitter, and most importantly, YouTube. Thanks for the support!
