True, but isn’t it enough to remind yourself of the things that are important? I’d suggest that you think about the things that you want and not the things that you don’t want or don’t care about.

I prefer I a “I want to make this happen”-list. If I fill my day with those items everything else will fall away. And then maybe a reminder that my list is more important than other people’s “you really should do this”-list.

But that’s just me. Do whatever works for you :)
