Are you shelling out nearly $3499?
In a few previous posts, I talked about the upcoming Vision Pro that Apple debuted last Spring/Summer. While I’m still not sold on the product (I’m waiting for some reviews), I did want to talk a little about what we’re seeing now with the Vision Pro, before all the hands-on with tech reviewers videos come out.
Where it could be very useful.
To me as an uneducated spectator, I really feel like this would be a great tool for business. I think the applications here are obvious.
Imagine for those of us that work from home from a laptop screen (or a laptop with an extra monitor). With this headset, you have the excel data sheet, the powerpoint report, the Teams video chat, and YouTube all floating in front of you from your couch or office chair. You manipulate all of these floating windows with your eyes, your hands, etc.
This is not something you need for business. But neither was a laptop. Neither was the iPhone. There may come a time when not having one of these at home for employees is a cost to your company rather than a benefit.
