A contemporary building with an expressive massing thanks to the use of shadows and light

I used technique that Ezra Stoller used in the photo, I can see the difference in the photo which is black and white. He is a building photographer, the main thing in his photo was the building material. The photo with the black and white, I felt it is a kind of old fashion photo but it is a modern building. Also the black and white is the most simple thing.

Both photos had strong framing, the one on the left is the building in central park, the empty space in the middle had strong framing by the buildings around it and the photo is using black and white as the background, it strongly show the technique used in Ezra Stoller’s photo.

The photo on the right side. The sky and the building created a kind of framing in the middle, separated the building and road with the sky. The black and white background showing the light and shadow.
