It’s a real bummer being fat. It gets harder and harder to control your weight as you get older. For 9 months I wrote down everything I ate everyday and logged it for protein, carbs, fat and daily calories based on my TDEE. Now I know what to eat and what not to eat. I now control my weight. It’s not hard it’s just knowledge. Resistance training helps a lot.
