This resonated with me perfectly. I shudder when I see the “make-an-app-to-solve-problem-x” types, and those who think politics can be fixed on social media. And those who come into tech thinking it’s all about writing apps. And those who think apps will solve the income inequality that has made them want to sit in a cubicle rather than go hiking with cameras or paint their imaginations.
But I love how open they are to criticism, and how they turn these inadequacies into fun. You just have to love-hate it.
