That’s it. Only I think if the research went deeper it would find that the best work schedule is quite individual and best left to the employee. The ideal, I think, is to hire people with quarterly evaluation of their work and simply let them work as they please. You will hire a few duds who disappoint, but this will be more than offset by the enthusiasm and productivity of the others.
