You may have seen that I’m speaking in the World Business and Executive Coaches Summit (WBECS) next week and then again in January.

I need your help. I had a client lined up for the demos, but they had to back out over this past weekend. So now I have seven days to find a new demo client. To motivate the right person to step up, I’m giving away an executive coaching package.

  • 8 Sessions, with appropriate assessments.
  • Monthly from June 2021 until February 2022.

Condition: No charge, but you have to be willing to:

  • be coached live on WBECS…

Jonathan Reitz here. Let me ask you a direct question: How are you feeling these days?

Now, before you answer, how are you really feeling? The last few months, we’ve faced a global pandemic with more than 100,000 dead in the U.S. alone, skyrocketing unemployment, police brutality and the death of another Black man in their custody, and all kinds of potential social change.

It’s ok if you’re not feeling that great. I know I’m not.

I’ve had to face the potential that I might catch a deadly virus only by leaving my house and then absent-mindedly touching my face…

The International Coaching Federation has announced a new competency model for coaches and training organizations. The new model has been called both a significant update to the language of coaching AND a re-orientation of what it means to be a professional coach.

Recording #4 covers 7. Evokes Awareness and 8. Facilitates Client Growth. This event took place on June 11, 2020.

This new model was introduced in late 2019 and will go into effect on January 1, 2021. For our part, CoachNet will transition all our training in our Accredited Coach…

In our lifetime, no time contains as many opportunities for positive change and opportunity for people of all colors, tribes, and creeds as this moment. On the heels of a global pandemic, the United States in particular, and the world in general, are engaged in an open and honest conversation about race. Now is the time to pursue equality and purpose for all people on equal footing.

Coaches face an equally exciting set of opportunities. How will we as leaders in the coaching profession ensure that our skills are used for maximum impact? We have an opportunity to use our…

We’ve all been shocked and saddened by the events in Minneapolis on May 25. George Floyd, an unarmed black man, died after being detained by Minneapolis police. Four police officers have been fired as a result, and the United States has plunged into a frank and raw conversation about race and the systemic issues we all face.

What can coaches learn from this tragic situation? More directly, what can WHITE coaches learn about ourselves and the skills we use every day to facilitate growth and change? On June 15 at 7 pm Eastern, Dr. Ramon Pastrano, a Minneapolis cultural competence…

Two questions dominate conversations over the last few weeks: “When will things get back to normal?” and “What are you looking forward to doing?” All of us are looking to find some bit of normalcy.

Grief is powerful and unpredictable. What does a coach need to know? That’s where Don Eisenhauer from Coaching…
