IA #5: Mind and Body

It is so spectacular of our human body, because it is one of the mediums used in doing art. Even you have an ugly face, chubby body or a short person, it doesn’t even matter in art. We use our mind and body in creating art by having it synchronized to what we think and what we feel, and we will be able to translate it as an art form. Most of us are not an art person, but we just don’t realize that we, ourselves are already an art on our form. We also don’t appreciate that the things we do in everyday are also a form of art.
