Today’s Crossfit WOD: Jojo

Here’s a Crossfit workout I designed today. It utilizes some of my favorite movements. It’s a long one. But it feels good. Post your times!


Completed for time in 55 minutes or less.

Warm Up

100 Pull-ups

Workout

3 Rounds

21/14/9 Kettle Bell Clean & Press, 70 lbs.*

50 Push-ups

20 Calorie Row

*Utilize Push Press and/or Push Jerk if necessary.

Afterbash

100 Wall Balls, 20 lbs., 10 ft. target.


Notes

  1. Divide weight & targets by roughly two thirds for women and male feminists. Do not divide weight for female feminists.
