I'm Jontathon Grantham, founder of Nexoid, an ITSM and ERP solution software company. My story might seem like the typical founder's tale, but it's deeply interwoven with my personal experiences and why I believe in understanding the roots of a business.

My passion for IT was sparked during my childhood when a computer, originally meant to entertain my injured father, fell into my hands. This sparked a self-taught journey through the nascent internet era. At 16, I started a computer resale business, my first brush with supply and demand economics.

My educational path was unconventional due to dyslexia, leading me to skip years and switch universities. However, I found my footing in the UK, both personally and professionally, after taking up various contracts. These experiences, along with an MBA back in Australia, shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today.

All these different contracts I did taught me precious knowledge but also taught me one thing: IT people are miserable. Seeing this every time I started a new contract affected me and ambitions and the will to make things better slowly grew up inside me. Being a young guy myself, seeing all these young people stuck with an old outdated mindset upsetted me. so, I gradually changed it and enabled them to blossom which also has changed the culture. What I saw was outstanding, the aftermath of this change was perfect. I somehow made people better, results business wise and it all resulted in a positive snowball effect. I thus came to this conclusion: I fixed the people, which fixed the company.

Here on my profile, you'll find articles on IT and tech topics aimed at sparking curiosity, sharing knowledge, and challenging perspectives. I'm a firm believer in lifelong learning and aim to share my insights on the ever-evolving world around us.
