For my error, related to this blog (2FA), my account was deactivated six days ago. I have sent 4 requests to support (cases # 1751216, 1765115, 1770036, 1772444) and I continue without a response, so I can not access my portfolio. The original message sent indicates that “the disabled account is temporarily disabled. Please contact support.”
I understand that the attention to my request may be delayed, but 6 days … sorry for using this channel but I do not find support response.
