I like your major insights. They all seemed very applicable, especially the fridge/freeze one. I too notice that fridges can often be locations for cleanliness issues. From food expiring to just plain old contamination issues if not kept up correctly fridges can be major health concerns.
I wish your unpacking process had been more clear. The picture was small and the note cards you used were also small. Thus I really couldn’t read any of the points you made. However the organization around hand washing seemed clear, especially since you pointed it out in class.
What if we combined the ideas of fridge food storage with the lazy Suzan’s mentioned in class? I can imagine a product that could go in a a fringe that would spin around and automatically make it easier to select items. That way things wouldn’t get mixed up so bad and it would be easier to clean out the fridge and find expired food.
