I like the three very different ideas you came up with. The sushi cookie was one the most interesting things that was brought to class. I also like how you fully tested each cookie before deciding on one, it shows you were serious about each avenue of thought.

I wish that the marvelous shape and original artistic concept had made it into the classroom. Maybe you could have stacked the cookies and carried them to ensure they stayed together. As for the original picture, I think the cocktail glass shape with the leaf and glaze would have been a fun play on form.

What if you had made the cookie 3D? A thicker dough and a more condensed would have allowed you to make actual glasses. Then you could have filled the glasses with a red colored wine infused icing.
