I like incorporation of the cereal into the actual dough. I think that was an interesting way to go and I am glad that it didn’t end up being grainy. I also appreciate the difficulty that presents in the balance of the ingredients and I think you did a very good job maintaining the integrity of the cookie.
I wish that you had explored other ideas instead of just cereal. I feel like you went a good number of different ways with the cereal idea and I feel like you could have expanded on another idea as well.
What if you had incorporated actual milk into the cookie icing recipe. It would have gone with the theme as well as being an interesting choice. There are many milk-based icing out there allowing for all kinds of customization.
