I still can’t believe that someone with such a strong background in PR could fail so hard at damage control. Must have either been blinded by emotion and suffered some serious cognitive dissonance when he was in the hot seat, or probably worse, he responded knowing how bad that strategy was because sometimes we all do things that our bosses tell us to do that we don’t agree with.
