Agile Methodology
Agile? One of the big words of the moment
Sandra Chanfana

I don’t like agile methodologies because they distract your focus from the values by introducing fancy keywords and tools (remember the first value…).

On the other hand, managers love agile frameworks because they are created to control developers with their “awesome” metrics. They tried to make an assembly line of developers — a software factory — but developing software requires thinking while assembly lines are designed to execute tasks over and over again in the same way to avoid thinking.

I think we should trust instead of controlling.
