“Back to the Future-ify” Your Profile
Are you excited? Are you? Are you? Huh?
Today’s the day Marty McFly came to the future, as documented in Back to the Future II, that masterpiece of cinema!!!!!
In honor of this momentous occasion, we thought we’d show you how to “Back to the Future-ify” your social media profile pic. It’s easy! All you have to do is connect your profile to our Back to the Futurize App (available soon*), and we’ll add a Back to the Future overlay to your profile pic**.
But while we wait for the devs to finish up with QA testing, we’ll give you a behind-the-scenes look at how it all works. Ready? Okay!
*not available soon, or ever
**no, we won’t
First, we start off with your profile pic. Here’s mine.
Next, we add in an overlay of Marty’s iconic vest, because who doesn’t love that? Terrorists, that’s who!
Now, speaking of terrorists, it’s time to introduce Doc Brown, who was himself a victim of international terrorism (before it was cool — everything’s a throwback these days, am I right?). Here’s a nice shot of him wearing his mind reading helmet, which was just plain quirky! We haha’d for days.
And then we just add it into the mix and…
Now things are starting to heat up!
But what’s next? How about the film covers themselves! Not just Back to the Future II. All of them.
We’ll layer them all on top of each other because that’s how much we love Back to the Future. We just love it, dammit!
Yes. Fuck yes!
We’re almost done, but we’re missing one last thing. Have you guessed it yet? It’s Biff! Who could forget the trilogy’s incorrigible villain, Biff Tannen?
We’ll use Grown-up Biff from 1985 because we love his track suit. In fact, we’re hoping it comes back in style soon. Anyway, here’s what it looks like with Biff in the mix.
YES! A MASTERPIECE!
And that’s all there is too it! Jealous? I thought so. But don’t fret. Soon, you’ll be sporting this fancy eye-candy all over your social media channels, like the boss you are.
I hope this was helpful. And happy Back to the Future Day! #whereweregoingwedontneedroads
