Try Fitness
I can’t really go to the gym to workout doing a routine set of lifting weights, running, doing push-ups and everything in the normal sense of the word. I get bored easily and would not continue the whole set.

Then I tried boxing. And I loved it.
I have been boxing for almost 3-weeks now 3 times a week. I like that I get to use my head when working out and the whole body gets a work out, too.
There isn’t a single routine for boxing because you work with a coach, and he doesn’t really have a list of the succession of the hits and punches that you need to do.

I guess what I’m trying to say is, try different things until you find one that fits you perfectly. There isn’t a fitness program that is built for all people, so try until you hit something in your sweet-spot. All it takes is for you to try.
