Why I Won’t Vote For Donald J. Trump in Under 1,000 Words
Right away I know I am alienating myself from about 45% of the voting population in the United States. And I am hoping those voting for Donald will read this post with an open mind and heart. I am also hopeful those that don’t like what I have to say understand I’m speaking from my heart with no intention other than voicing my opinion.
Before I go on, I want everyone to know I am thankful to be an American and I feel so lucky to live in the land of the free, the best place in the world to live. With that said, it is not a stretch to say I am not happy with our Congress or the job they’ve been doing. The approval rating of our Congress is at an all-time low, and for a good reason. With only an 11 % approval rating — Congress has lost their way, both sides of the isle fight each other like school children, put their party’s interest ahead of the people’s interest and truly can’t pass gas let alone helpful, meaningful legislation.
It is no wonder that most Americans are fed up with the status quo! I completely understand why most Americans want to see a change. I also get why about 45% of Americans want to see a non-politician President (and BTW: I bet it would be about 85% of Americans voting for a non-politician Democrat or Republican nominee “if” it was any other non-politician besides Donald.) As bad as a candidate Donald is — I am pretty sure his non-politician status was the reason he had such an easy time running through and winning the Republican Nominee.
Before I state the reasons I won’t vote for Donald. It is also important to note that I am a registered Republican. Across the board, I tend to want less Government and lower taxes. I also feel that those that are putting the blame (and or) those not happy with the current President (and or) current Government need to be realistic. If you think we need a change, you can’t blame it on Obama or the Democrats. After all. It is worth noting that the party complaining the most about where the country is heading has its hands and fingers all over the steering wheel. “The GOP holds 284 out of 440 seats in the House, 54 out of 100 seats in the Senate, 31 out of 50 Governors, 70 out of 99 state legislative chambers, and until just recently owned a 5 to 4 advantage in our Supreme Court.”
In the name of getting to the crux — let me tell you why I will never vote for Donald J, Trump. Donald is living proof that liars, cheaters, and sociopaths thrive. If you really want to know how Donald gained notoriety and fame, “PLEASE” do your homework. When you do a little research, you’ll see he got help from his rich father; you will see also besides inheriting 74 million dollars in 1974 from his father, Donald conned his way to the top screwing over countless investors, screwing over countless vendors, and going chapter 11 an unprecedented four times.
And if ripping off countless investors, screwing over countless vendors, going bankrupt four times isn’t bad enough; Donald Trump has undertaken business project after business project that ultimately failed. (Trump Steaks, GoTrump, Trump Airlines, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage Trump, The Game Trump, Magazine Trump, University, Trump Ice, The New Jersey Generals, Tour de Trump, Trump Network, and Trumped, -syndicated radio spot-.)
Those that think Donald is a self-made hardworking business man need to “REALLY” do their homework. And once you find out Donald isn’t the (self-proclaimed) business man he portrays, you’ll also find out he’s nothing more than a (so called) man that loves to play to people’s fantasies as he writes in his book “The Art of the Deal.” Donald also brags about his effective form of promotion with what he calls “truthful hyperbole.” (Folks look up the word “hyperbole” there’s nothing truthful about embellishment!)
When it comes to his tax returns “TRUST ME” there is a reason Donald won’t hand over his tax returns in spite of promising the American public he would. Donald isn’t even half a rich as he portrays, and he most definitely doesn’t want the American public seeing all of his shady dealings. We already know Donald brags about using a bullshit loophole in order NOT to pay his fair share (like most Americans do) of Federal Taxes. And by doing do so, I wonder if he realizes he screws over our Veterans, Social Security, Defense and International Assistance, Interest on Debt, and so much more.
As I write this post I realize I could go on and on and on — I have so many reasons I will never vote for Donald. This post is already over 800 words, and I haven’t even mentioned any of his unfounded disparaging comments (and or) his promotion of divisiveness. I could dedicate an entire post just to all of his disparaging comments, deplorable actions, and his divisiveness. Anyway, I am sure most of the world has seen him in action, by now (with all of his media coverage) most Americans should know about his less than stellar unpresidential manner. I must say — with all of his insane lude conduct; bragging about sexual misconduct ranks as the most unpresidential thing in the history of the presidential candidacy.
At this point, I am just going to summarize and list my top five generalities why I will never vote for Donald J. Trump for president. Donald is a hoax. His “values” are actually bigoted and racist. He’s not a business genius. He’s cocky and only interested in helping himself. And last but not least he’s far too impulsive ever to have his hands on the nuclear button let alone run this GREAT country.
