Thanks for your comment Steve. While I agree that it may not be “honest and reasonable”, that is probably for a court to decide and honestly I doubt a court would agree with us (let alone hear the case). My point was that arguing that the accredited investor distinction is unconstitutional is not the way to get rid of it or change it. Change will need to come from new legislation. Hopefully the frustrations felt by yourself and thousands of other investors will resonate with policy makers in Washington.

Also, I think there may be a slight difference between the right to vote and in this case the right to invest in certain private offerings ;). Just my two cents.
