This gets at the root of the problem. Most people aren’t living *deliberately*. They wake up and let their technology take them where it will. It seems as though journaling is a keystone habit because it helps people be more deliberate, an attitude that spills over into all areas of life.

Btw, because of this post I wrote in my journal last night and this morning. It’s a habit I need to return to. Thanks for the reminder.
