First off, thanks for being part of the Scoop community!

I totally understand where you’re coming from. One of the priorities for us in totally rebuilding our cancellation experience was to give Drivers like you the ability to customize their matching options.

You’ll notice that with the new feature, you can “Customize your Scoop trips” without any cancellation penalties. When you do this, you’ll be able to select which part of the route — pickup, dropoff, or both — did not work for you. We’ll use that to update your potential matches for the future, and you’ll never get Riders in those areas again.

I think you’ll find this leads to a significantly improved experience, while also clearing up any concerns around cancellations.
