📰❤️ Required Reading: Design For Ultimate Simplicity.

Pascal Briod with one of the best articles on UX design I’ve ever read:

But conceptualizing a product which will be used through a simple and rigid numbered menu is a tremendous challenge. With no shiny interface to hide behind, no branding to gain the sympathy of your users or to convey the purpose of what you offer, you are left with working on the wording you use and the flow of actions your users have to go through in order to get what they want.

Designing your start-ups product for a USSD application should be an essential thought experiment for your team. After reading this article, I’m going to go through that process myself and examine how it changes my work-flow and my understanding of how my users access and choose options. Nice one Pascal. You’re invited for tea.

📰❤️Required Reading is a regular Medium based link blog by Jon Westenberg, who is only realising he doesn’t own enough tea cups.
