Why MVPs Suck [at the risk of being unpopular]

I agree to a point, but I see a middle ground here with MVP being the Minimal Valuable Product. Focusing on the user and their needs, but also avoiding overcrowding a product with features that only the furthest edge cases need.

Create a solution, then strip away all the noise until you get the minimal amount of fuss for the most amount of value.
