Jenn Walters is an ACE-certified personal trainer, health coach, and an AFAA-certified group exercise instructor. She’s also the Co-Founder of the award-winning site, Fit Bottomed Girls and author of The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet.

If could put a billboard anywhere, what would it say and where would you put it?

“You’re more than the number on the scale.”

And I’d put that in the middle of Times Square for most people to see.

If could put a billboard anywhere, what would it say and where would you put it?

“#threequartersveggies”

And I would just have a dinner plate that contains a rainbow of vegetables with a piece of grilled salmon or steak. Small print on the bottom would be something like, “Getting all the nutrients we need is easy with quality meat and lots of vegetables.”

Where would it go? Wherever it would be seen the most! Maybe beside the freeway exit to all the fast food places? Lol!

Jill Coleman runs the wildly popular website JillFit.com and has been featured numerous times in Self, SHAPE, and Livestrong.

If could put a billboard anywhere, what would it say and where would you put it?

“RELAX!”

So where would I put it? I’m not sure. Probably in a Facebook ad that shows up in everyone’s feed!

Sarah Fragoso is a national best-selling author with 6 books under her belt. In addition, she is the co-owner of JS Strength and Conditioning and runs her own popular blog, SarahFragoso.com.

If could put a billboard anywhere, what would it say and where would you put it?

I would put it up in front of every school (elementary, junior high, high school, and college) across the nation.

Steph Gradeau is a certified holistic nutritionist, weightlifting coach, and the primary force behind StupidEasyPaleo.com. She’s also a best-selling author of The Paleo Athlete: A Beginner’s Guide to Food for Performance.

And I would do my best to make sure everyone saw it!

If could put a billboard anywhere, what would it say and where would you put it?

“YOU FIRST.”

And I would put it in the middle of Times Square. So often we put ourselves last, and we forget to realize that when we do put ourselves first, we are actually better serving those around us. We are better wives, mothers, friends, etc.
