absolutely. the college USA vs the World game is always good (like Exum killing the Harrison twins), the pro version would be even better.

maybe like NBA East all stars versus the Americas and Oceania (Canada, Australia and South America could field a really good team) and NBA West all stars versus the Euro/Africa team.
