i think a very underrated part of this deal was the inclusion of Omri Casspi. he fell out of favor in sacramento for some reason, but he’s a decent player and a very good 3pt shooter (leading the league in 3pt % for a good chunk of last season) now on a team in pretty dire need of shooting (and decent role players). he can play the 3 or the 4 in small ball lineups. he’s not a world-beater by any means, but he’s not bad for a guy who was just a throw-in in a trade for a superstar.
