Though I generally write and publish all of my articles from the convenience of my laptop, I have recently been experimenting, while I have been traveling, with using my iPhone as my writing device.
Though it is certainly more time consuming, error prone, and less efficient than my computer, writing via phone presents another creative challenge in that I am naturally incentivized to use fewwer words and say as much as possible in as little amount of time (here on my phone).
Though I will likely still write often on my computer, it is interesting to think about how much I can write using my phone.
Creating natural constraints brings the best out of this exercise.
