As a Creator, Brand, or Agency, creating a cohesive content strategy is absolutely imperative to your success as a business.

One of the biggest challenges— regardless of industry — is knowing where to start. Most also have trouble designing a consistent and repeatable process for actually bringing your ideas to life.

Bottom line: for most, the Content Strategy and Creation process can seem like a daunting, never-ending dance, riddled with lost ideas and missed opportunities.

Spoiler: it doesn’t have to be.

With the right systems and processes in place, you can create a consistent routine that nets you tangible results on a weekly and yearly basis.

This is especially powerful when you implement an audience-first approach, and the style of your content is intended to solve very specific problems for them.

Value of Creating Content

  1. Create content for Social Media (your rented audience)

2. Create a newsletter so you talk to people away from Social Media (your owned audience)

Weekly Content Strategy:

  • 1 Newsletter (52 total)
  • 5 Articles based on variations of the Newsletter
  • 21 Twitter posts (40% of them being threads) based on variations of the Newsletter
  • 7 LinkedIn posts (including carousels) based on variations of the Newsletter
  • 7 Instagram carousel posts based on variations of the Newsletter

If you wanted to layer in videos, here are 3 additional options:

  • 7 YouTube shorts based on the

Final Thoughts

On average, this process takes me less than 4 hours every week.

I’ve created templates for:

  • Newsletters
  • Articles
  • Short-Form written content

All of these allow you to create in a quick and efficient manner.

Results

In total, each week, that would be:

  • 41–49 total pieces of content for your audience

Over the course of 1 year, that would be:

  • 2,132–2,548 total pieces of content for your audience

Final Thoughts

As you’ve seen, sticking to a consistent schedule can net you 2,000+ pieces of content on a yearly basis.

If you need help with your strategy or knowing where to start, I’ll be releasing guides over the coming months to help.
