Useful matrix for non-technical co-founders.

QUESTION

Partner and I need a tech co-founder for our startup, eHarmony for debt cap acquisition financing used by mid mkt PE firms/lenders (Axial.net, but only debt).

Option 1: pay $25–50K for outsourced dev team, which has its drawbacks (continuity, cost, etc.)

Option 2: find CTO co-founder w/ equal equity, no cash, equal biz risk…increased partner risk
