Let’s begin Event #2 of our Pentathlon VR Project by making grabbable objects!
STEP ONE— COLLIDER COMPONENT
We need to attach a sphere collider component to our basketball prefab to define what the physical boundaries are.
STEP TWO — XR GRAB INTERACTABLE
Thanks to the XR Interaction Toolkit we can add the XR Grab Interactable Component to the Basketball Prefab. This will add all the necessary components and logic to the prefab to get us a working grabbable right out of the box!
