You are right about what you’re saying here. I want to share with you something.

I had a confusing past two weeks where I didn’t feel like myself in several ways.

You can look at it like walking through a maze; in the beginning you have to find the way that brings you on the right path. After walking that right path for a while, something unpredictable suddenly causes you to wander off. Somewhere along the way, you realize that you made a mistake (a detour), and now you have to find the way back to that right path you were once on. That’s where I was.

I don’t feel shame admitting this. There is nothing abnormal about going astray (by accident or not), but you have to come back. You have to come back and continue where you left off with all the information you learned about yourself.
