HOW TO REMOVE LIQUIDITY RAYDIUM

Hello, this is Jorge speaking! We all know Raydium, it’s the most used DEX within Solana. But it’s often not easy to do some fast actions we need like removing the liquidity from our Raydium Pool.

WHAT DOES REMOVE LIQUIDITY MEANS

Removing liquidity from a Solana Liquidity Pool means that you withdraw your tokens and SOL deposited in a Raydium liquidity pool. Users choose to do this to recover their assets, reinvest them elsewhere, or simply take profits.

HOW TO FIND LIQUIDITY POOL ADDRESS (AMM ID) SOLANA

For removing the liquidity on Raydium we will need the liquidity pool address in order to identify it. We can also find it as “AMM ID”.

Normally we will be able to get our ID when we create the liquidity pool, as it will be displayed after completing the process. If you did not copy it don’t worry, follow these steps below to find it:

1. Open your wallet address at solscan.io
2. Find the liquidity pool creation transaction and open it by clicking on the “signature”. If you created it in Smithii open the “sol transfers” tab and the transaction will be 0.1 SOL to the wallet you see in the image below.
3. Scroll down until you reach instruction 5. Here your liquidity pool address will be #5 (“IdoId”).

Once you have copied your liquidity pool address you can go directly to the liquidity withdraw process.

HOW TO REMOVE LIQUIDITY RAYDIUM STEP BY STEP

Let’s go to the step by step to remove the liquidity of Raydium. Once we have identified the liquidity pool addresswe are going to use our dApp called “Solana Liquidity Remover” where we will find the following interface:

1. Access Solana Liquidity Remover from Smithii Tools (https://tools.smithii.io/liquidity-remover/solana)
2. Connect your wallet in order to be able to use the software
3. Enter the address of your liquidity pool
4. Select the number of LP Tokens to be withdrawn.
5. Click on Withdraw Liquidity and confirm transaction (0.1 SOL)
6. Wait a few seconds.

The Solana liquidity removal tool will take a few seconds to remove the tokens and as we told you earlier, you can remove Raydium liquidity right after you have added it.

Removing liquidity from Raydium can take more time that expected, that’s why using this tool allow us to make that faster so we can act properly.
