Spanish Garlic Soup

Heat up some olive oil in a pan, then fry 4–6 sliced garlic cloves in low heat until golden, then remove from the heat.

In the same oil fry some jamon serrano in small cubes, and also remove.

Finally frya few slices of day old baguette, and remove.

Deglaze the pan with a bit of beef stock and then add it to a small bowl with the garlic and some paprika. Mix well and smash the garlic with a fork.

Add it all back into a pot with more beef stock and boil for a few minutes, then season.

Serve with a soft boiled egg.
